- What areas do you serve?
- We serve the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on the South Bay and Peninsula.
- Do you provide CNA's?
- Many of our caregivers are CNAs and have other credentials. However, we feel that the more important criteria is whether a caregiver is professional and compassionate...in other words, whether a caregiver has the qualities that make him or her truly an "angel".
- How long has Visiting Angels been in business?
- Visiting Angels of the Bay Area is part of an international network of non-medical senior homecare agencies. The Visiting Angels network has over 200 offices throughout North America, and has been helping elderly and older adults continue to live in their homes for over 12 years.
- What are your rates?

- I only need someone to come by to assist me with bathing and laundry once a week for about 3 hours do you provide that type of service?
Our minimum assignment is 12 hrs per week. We value each one of our caregivers and it can be difficult to find someone that can provide service for less than this. However, if we find a caregiver that meets our qualification and is willing to do it, we certainly will provide you with that service.- Can we interview the caregiver before you put them on the job with us?
- Absolutely. After our initial consultation and we know what it is you are looking for, we will bring over the caregiver for you to meet. This gives you the opportunity to get to know the candidated and see if you have a a good feeling about him/her.
